Cancellation policy

Certain items in our store may be offered as a subscription or pre-order. This cancellation policy explains how to modify or cancel these types of purchases.

Subscriptions

By subscribing, you will receive recurring deliveries at the frequency you selected. Your payment information will be stored securely, and you will be charged for each delivery unless you choose to pay in advance. Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel.

As a subscriber, you receive an exclusive discounted rate compared to the one-time purchase price. In exchange for this reduced rate, a minimum commitment through the 1st renewal is required.

Cancellation before the 1st renewal: If you wish to cancel before your 1st renewal has been processed, the difference between the one-time purchase price and the subscription rate you received will be charged.

Cancellation after the 1st renewal: You may cancel or modify your subscription at any time, with no additional fees, from your customer account or by contacting us at info@miyoraskin.com.

Pre-Orders

When you purchase a pre-order, you are purchasing a product that is currently out of stock or will be available soon. We may collect no payment or a partial deposit at the time of order, store your payment method, and process the full or remaining payment at a later date. You may cancel a partially paid pre-order that has not yet been processed. If the order has already been processed, you cannot cancel it, but you may request a refund.
