RETURN & REFUND POLICY

By placing an order through MIYORA SKIN, you agree to the terms outlined below. We have established these policies to ensure you are fully aware of our refund and return methods and procedures. These terms apply to orders placed within the United States.

90-DAY MONEY-BACK GUARANTEE

We are so confident in the effectiveness of our 24K Micro-Infusion Ritual that we're giving you 90 days to test the full protocol completely risk-free.

REFUND CONDITIONS

To qualify for our money-back guarantee, the following conditions must be met:

MINIMUM PROTOCOL REQUIRED

· Regular use for a minimum of 60 days after delivery · At least 6 applications completed following the recommended protocol (1 application every 10 days) · Refund request must be submitted between 60 and 90 days from the delivery date

RETURN OF COMPLETE KIT

REFUND TIMELINE

· Once your return is received and validated, the refund will be processed within 14 business days · The refund will be issued to your original payment method · Return shipping costs are non-refundable

GUARANTEE EXCLUSIONS

WHY THESE CONDITIONS?

Our guarantee requires a minimum protocol because visible results from the 24K Micro-Infusion Ritual appear progressively after 6 to 9 regular applications, in accordance with our trial timeline. We want to ensure you have truly tested Miyora to its full potential before drawing any conclusions about its effectiveness.

ORDER PROCESSING

Please note that in order to get your product to you as quickly as possible, we process orders immediately after purchase. Once your order has been processed (shortly after purchase), it cannot be modified or canceled.

We strive to process all orders quickly and efficiently. However, if an order is canceled due to a dispute on a payment platform such as PayPal after it has been processed, a cancellation fee will be charged to the customer. This fee covers the administrative and processing costs associated with the order cancellation.

The cancellation fee will be deducted from the amount refunded to the customer and may vary depending on the order amount and fees incurred by our company. The exact cancellation fee will be communicated to the customer during the cancellation process.

EXCEPTION — ORDERS PAID VIA KLARNA

In accordance with Klarna's standard policy, customers who placed an order via Klarna are entitled to a 14-day return window from the date of delivery.

Klarna-specific conditions:

· Returned items must be unopened and unused · Packaging must be intact (including the unopened seal) · This policy applies only to orders placed using Klarna · This return cannot be compensated with store credit

SUBSCRIPTION TERMS (MIYORA 24K RITUAL)

By subscribing to the Miyora 24K Ritual, you receive an exclusive discounted rate compared to the one-time purchase price. This reduced rate is offered in exchange for a minimum commitment.

MINIMUM COMMITMENT

The subscription includes a commitment through the 1st renewal. Any cancellation or modification request will be accepted starting from the 1st completed renewal.

CANCELLATION BEFORE THE 1ST RENEWAL

If you wish to cancel your subscription before the 1st renewal has been processed, the difference between the one-time purchase price (OTP) and the subscription rate you received will be charged. This amount compensates for the exclusive discount granted as part of the subscription.

CANCELLATION AFTER THE 1ST RENEWAL

After the 1st renewal, you may cancel or modify your subscription at any time, with no additional fees. To do so, contact our team at info@miyoraskin.com or through your customer account.

WHY THIS COMMITMENT?

The subscription rate represents a significant discount compared to the one-time purchase. This minimum commitment ensures fairness to all of our customers and allows you to follow the recommended protocol for optimal results.

DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECTLY SHIPPED PRODUCTS

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately at info@miyoraskin.com if:

· The item is defective or damaged · You received the wrong item · Kit components are missing

In these cases, we will assess the issue and resolve it promptly through:

· Free replacement of the defective product · Shipment of missing components · Full refund if the issue cannot be resolved

For damaged or defective products, we cover return shipping costs.

DEADLINE TO REPORT AN ISSUE: 7 days after receipt

EXCHANGES

We only process exchanges in the following cases:

· Products damaged during shipping · Manufacturing defects · Shipping errors

RETURN PROCEDURE

IMPORTANT: Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted and will be shipped back to you at your expense.

ITEMS NOT ELIGIBLE FOR REFUND

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded:

· Opened and used micro-needling kits outside the scope of the 90-day guarantee · Items purchased on promotion with more than 30% off (except for manufacturing defects) · Individual micro-needle tips (single-use, for hygiene reasons) · Personalized or custom products

RETURN SHIPPING

Unless the product is defective or an error was made on our part:

· Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility · These costs are non-refundable · We recommend using a tracked shipping method for your protection

REFUNDS — TIMELINE & PROCEDURE

Once your return is received and inspected:
